Marianne's is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Rainbow Shops, but is an entirely independent entity, with separate buying and field staffs. Merchandising is done by the same people as in the past.

Shoes will be a significant addition to the Marianne offering, and the apparel will be more fashion-right at better prices.
