No, they don't. In an interview Karen discribed Matt as "an irritating older brother, but he's also my best friend so it's weird!" and Matt says "she's a great friend. We have a wonderful relationship. Working with her, I end up in fits every few minutes." but they are very good friends and have a great off and on screen relationship.
