It could be possible, but it has not been shown yet. People can take guesses and have theory's, but nothing has been proven yet. I guess you could say it is up to Masashi Kishimoto on who goes with who.
Possibly yes but no one knows really besides Sakura and Kishimoto.

Even in the spin-off, Lee doesn't even know it and brings Hinata to Tsunade when she faints. It's weird and shows how clueless Naruto is. And I think that Sakura liked Naruto from the start and was just hiding it. Great acting, I say.~
