Podocarpus berries are slightly poisonus to humans, but the text says, "...so don't eat too many...", which tells me they aren't very toxic. The foliage is listed as dangerous to cats. I was unable to find a reference mentions dogs and toxicity. Were it me, I'd call my vet and/or one of the poison control numbers (UC Davis in Calif has a great one).
