Hunting is an instinct in huskies since they are like wolves with a born instinct to hunt.
Yes, huskies tend to have high prey drives and will happily chase and kill small animals if they are given the chance.
Huskies are domestic dogs, not wild animals.
We try to discourage huskies from doing their own hunting; we'd rather they work for us and we feed them. However, if they did opt for independence, they'd form packs.
No, but they are good sled dogs.
I know that are 2 huskies love chops but there not a loud chicken with small bones they can choke
Siberian huskies are carnivores they would eat meat if they were in the wild and they have carnivorous teeth which they would use to rip, tear and pull apart their prey.
Siberian huskies are domesticated animals. This means they don't have any natural enemies. They are prey animals however, and will chase squirrels and rabbits.
Siberian Huskies are beautiful dogs that make beautiful house pets. As pets they do not have predators since they do not live in the wild and are not forced to fend for themselves.
Yes they do. I do not believe in this though, I have seen many Siberian Huskies allow strangers in houses & my 3 Siberians never attack children or my rabbits. If they did have high prey drive, they wouldn't be such big whiners or to kind to strangers, compare a GSD to a husky, the GSD would probably have a higher prey drive. I luv the GSD & SH, both great breeds but I don't believe in the "Huskies have high prey drive bull crap."
The Siberian tiger's teeth are very sharp and pointy to catch other prey :)
Like other dog breeds, Siberian huskies are omnivorous scavengers and will eat anything that is edible (and some things that are not). Huskies have high prey drives and will chase down and eat small prey such as rabbits if they have the chance.Siberian huskies eat rabbits, birds and other small animals.
White Siberian tigers have their shape for what they do to stay alive. They are musculer so they can catch prey and tare ot to pieces to eat it and to catch up with it's prey. They have ver thick coats to keep them warm in the days and nights.
Huskies, like all dogs, are mainly carnivores - meat eaters. Which would mean that they do eat other animals. Now, being domesticated = kept by humans, they rarely need to hunt for their food themselves.
I'm not quite sure what a Labrador Husky is (I assume a crossbreed?) If that is the case you have crossed 2 of the most hyper dogs there are. They are both wanderers, have a high prey drive, and poor recall, especially if they are not neutered.
Mainly deer and wild hog, but may take bear on occasion. They will eat about anything they can catch or overpower.
The Siberian tiger is the top predator in its environment. They can prey on animals as large as a brown bear, but deer and wild pig make up the bulk of their diet. They may also prey on smaller animals, whatever they can catch, including rodents, and large birds, such as pheasants.
