You can buy a stick shift. You don't have to though. For the coupe, to get stick shift you'd have to buy the 6speed G37 sport coupe which is the most expensive out of all the g37s.

I have a 1995 Honda Accord EX four dour stick shift with 222,500 miles. I get just over 32 miles per gallon on the highway (I know!). My brother works at a Honda Acura shop and we keep in good shape with regular tune-ups, oil changes, etc.
on the left side, its a plug 5/8th.
The Viagra wore off. Sorry. Does it still shift? If it does, a bushing may have broken at the base of the shifter. If it doesn't shift, a broken cable, or possible the arm at the transmission. A better description of what the transmission is doing or not doing would help.
It's a smallish car with a manual transmission
