Everything depends on concentration and quantity !!

By example:

Acetic acid at 5% concentration is food grade vinegar, concentrated at 100% is called 'glacial' acid: a drop of it will burn through your skin, like concentrated sulfuric acid will do.

Some (weak) organic acids are very toxic in small amounts (< 0.001 mg)
