Do any pharmacies in NJ have 30 mg Roxicodone?

the only capsules for roxicodone is whats called compounded medicine which is made right there in your local pharmacy, and most compunded roxicodone have ginger in them which basically means you cant snort or inject them, they hace to be taken orally to have a desired effect on the human body, i hope this answers your question. i am a board certified pharmacist, and have been practicing medicine for over 30 years

There are very few pharmacies that actually have it in stock. I have been told that there is a shortage due to one of the makers going out of business. I know it is very difficult to find in South Jersey. Alot of the pharmacies aren't carrying the medication anymore because so many people are abusing it. They really mess it up for the people that actually have problems and really need it. I have found that the smaller mom and pop pharmacies are more likely to have it. It's really hit or miss. Most of the larger pharmacies run out the same day they get it in. My suggestion is to find a local mom and pop pharmacy that carries it and try talking to the pharmacist. If they see that you really need the medication you might be able to get the pharmacist to hold it for you so you don't have to go around chasing it every month. If you are in legitimate pain then most of the time they don't have a problem doing that. They actually do like to help the people that really need it. One more suggestion is to bring the prescription in to the pharmacy you are inquiring about because most pharmacists will not tell you if they have the medicine or not because it is a narcotic. Even if they do have it in stock chances are they will tell you they do not if you call because they try to keep it for their regular customers. You have a better shot if you are there in person.
