Bleeding in early pregnancy is common, but you should contact your health care provider for advice specific to your situation. The recent removal of the contraceptive implant does not cause bleeding in pregnancy.

That is a hard question to answer: But if the baby is 5lbs and healthy it will be okay. Even if it isn't born healthy with today's technology it is sure that it will be okay. A lot of babies are born aroung 5lbs at full term. It doesn't mean they are sick, they are just little babies.
