Boyfriends do not prefer chocolates/flowers/teddies
Give them sunglasses, go out for dating.
Also, chocolate seems almost like a cop out, give them something that specifically relates to them. Something that has to do with a hobby of theirs, or something they really love. Put thought into it not something simple like chocolate.
