you're not supposed to inhale a cigar, just let the smoke roll around in your mouth for a second then blow it out. having said that people will tell you it can cause mouth cancer. but i wouldn't worry about it if you only smoke em say once a month or less ---- Answer: Cigars are not a safe substitute to cigarettes, yet they do not contain the additives like cigarettes. Also cigars are not to be inhaled. A cigar everyonce and a while wont kill you.

No things that you smoke are safe. Well, by safe I mean, if you start you get addicted and it can cause cancer, tar.. etc

If you mean safe as in, if you started it wouldn't kill you instantly, then, yeah.

Absolutely not! They're just as harmful - if not more so - than cigarettes. Smoking coats your lungs with disgusting tar, turns your skin, teeth, nails, and hair slightly yellow, and can give you a number of nasty diseases and cancers. Seriously, don't smoke.

Yes , if the cigar is still in it's cellophane wrapper and without mold or mildew then the cigar is as safe as any tobacco product .
