no don't panic the spots will develop when the puppy begins to grow they will come just be patient!!! when they do come it will look like you spilt ink on your white doggie!! wipe off extra fluid but the spot s are developing!

No they don't. When a dalmatian puppy is born you will notice that it has no spots. And yet that is plain weird and could you imagine a spotless dalmation when fully grown? No so I guess that's a bit odd. And the reason for this is because they are too young. And their spots don't come until the puppies are older. Like probably until they are at least three weeks old.
