If about heat then i would say it can be is made into omelet to insulate heat to some extent as omelet have pores which will help to insulate heat.
About Electricity ?
Have not tried anything yet but you can try it by using batteries and wires and connecting it with bulb.

Have you mistaken egg as insulator or conductor for the egg insulators used in antennas?

Everything can be a conductor of heat but just because they can doesn't mean it will be a good conductor. In this case, the egg shell will most likely be a very poor conductor of heat.
