Yes, on many levels.

As just two examples of why, firstly, horoscopes are part of astrological ideas, and astrological ideas are part of the occult. Therefore, as they are part of the occult, they are not God-given.

Secondly, horoscopes are designed to let you know what is coming in the future, as is clairvoyancy and necromancy (or, at least they claim to). However, Christians need to rely on God alone for their future and accept their future as part of his plan and not seek bogus or otherwise claims from mere people that they can see into the future.
