You're either going to love or hate this answer. That you're asking it indicates you're probably in a position where you're going to hate it. If your company is a USDOT registered interstate company, there is an interstate transport law which puts you over a barrel here... what it is specifically, I'll have to look up. Doesn't matter if you yourself actually drive interstate or not - the nature of the company is what's relevant here. However, if your company is registered only as an intrastate company, then you are.
