sasukelover21- in a way they are both alive. but technically seaking they are both dead. naruto meets his dad when he is about to let out the nine tails while he is fighting the akatski leader, pein. his dad restores the seal. i don't think naruto ever see's his dad again. although i do know that naruto punches his dad in the stomach for sealing the fox inside if him.
naruto meets kushina when he has to beat the nine tails in order to gain it's power. so he is literally having a battle within himself. naruto was loosing. but then he meets his mom within his consiousness. she helps him and i think he gains control of the fox so he can use it's power.
naruto got his dad's hair, and he got his mom's face along with personality. also, he got his dad's smile.
kushina was new at school. she wanted to make a good impression so she said that she was going to be the first female hokage. minato said he was going to be the hokage one day so everyone will look up to him and respect him. sound familiar? he got that from his dad. kushina thought he was an idiot. she was kidnapped for her chakra. all the ninja's couldn't find her. but she left a trail of her her whithout the ninja's noticing hoping somebody would see it. she was loosing hope as she reached the border, until minato saved her. and that was when they fell in love.
also, her mother married a hokage, and she ends up marrying the 4th. kinda ironic.
the seal is at it's weakest point during pregnency. madara knew this so he waited until she was having the baby. it is dangerous because they also have to keep the nine tialed fox inside while also getting the baby out. so once they get the baby out minato had to seal the fox back in and make the seal stronger. this was when madara came in. he kidnapped naruto, and forced minato to retreat with naruto. madara released the fox from kushina, and he made it attack the village. i don't think i have to say the rest of the story. i know about the usual, i just don't know the details. i will update if i find out more.

Explain the assembly when did they meet why did they meet where did they meet?
It is unknown when Minato and Kushina had met. But is also unknown if Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki are alive. If they are it would make the whole anime interesting and more worth watching don't you think so?
Hoe old was minato when he mets Kushina?
In the manga, Kushina told Naruto that she first met Minato when they were in the Academy together. She was a new student that came from the Land of Whirlpool which was destroyed because of war. So Minato was about 6 years old at that time and so was Kushina.
