So the answer is yes and no. Chinese takeout is not healthy to eat on a day to day basis; my guess is that it wouldn't be much better than frequently eating at McDonalds. Authentic 'Asian' food can be healthier (meals that include more fresh vegetables, grains, etc), but in the end, Asian food can be just evaluated just like any other food. Just look at the ingredients and avoid greasy, deep-fried foods.
