Yes, parrots as well as other birds are all warm blooded. Reptiles are the only cold blooded land animals on the planet as far as I know. I have a variety of birds and noted with interest that when I let my African Grey parrot perch for the first time that her feet are really warm. My smaller birds like cockatiels do not share that similarity.
