Sad to say but, yes, people who are HIV positive are still discriminated against for the simple reason that some people just do not educate themselves as to how this disease is spread, they still think it is caused by touching or breathing when someone with HIV stands close to them., which of course is extremely stupid.

It could be passed on to someone through body fluid exchange and unprotected sexual activity, and one of the most common ones by using dirty needles for drug injection..
