Best Answer

There is no evidence that radio waves can harm you.

However, there are waves inside a mobile phone than canharm you such as microwaves and infrared. This is done by a process called ionisation where cells are split in two or doubled. This causes cancer. Therefore microwaves can be lethal.

But only a small dose is used in mobile phones so there is almost no risk. Also, infrared is well compacked and under control.
