YES: rusty, leaking or otherwise dodgy cans, bottles, jars or pouches of food and drink are very, very dangerous. These conditions indicate the presence of the Botulism bacterium, which can cause death if left untreated. If you suspect anything dodgy about a can or bottle, etc. of food or drink DO NOT OPEN IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! In fact, if the dodgy can is in a shop or market, it is probably best to inform the local health authority about it. That place is UNSAFE: if some unsuspecting customer buys and opens that can and eats the stuff inside, the disease can easily spread in the air and become a medical emergency, threatening anybody they come into immeadiete contact with. Botulism is spread through canned food and drink, and even through skin contact. Also, avoid any contained food that have been exposed to extremes of temperatures, or wet, damp, or with a foul odour. They are probably teeming with bacterium spores.
tin cans
Rusty cars are usually a bit weaker then ones without rust. It chips of easily and so that is why a rusty car is dangerous. Especially if the main body or chassis is rusty. Weakness on the chassis mainly could be a definite killer to a car. That would mean changing the chassis. I would just get a new car by then.
There are many different targets available to use instead of aiming at rusty old cans. These are not only easier to practice with, they are also reusable.

It can be, yes. Especially if the nails are rusty.
It depends. Throwing cans of beans can be pretty dangerous.
No, I wouldn't eat anything from a rusty can. I would not eat tuna from cans with rust on them because I do not like the taste of rust and believe that would be harmful and a excellent indicator that the tuna is expired and needs to be disposed of.
yes if the structural integrity is compromised like the frame being rusted out as an example
