Here is what I have read. With Wilton and McCormick there aren't any gluten ingredients but they are not made in gluten-free factories; So there is always a possibility of cross-contamination. However, I haven't read of anyone having cc issues with sprinkles. There are some smaller companies that do label their sprinkles as gluten-free.
