Increasing. This also depends on ones immediate area as well.
But in my area it's a small town and there are so many people attending Cosmetology school. I also just finished beauty school last year.
As far as I can see it may get over crowded in the near future.
All I can say is deliver quality results, keep the persons hair healthy because not everyone is passionate about healthy hair some just want to style it & that's it.
