I assume your trying to get high, so that being the case your best bet is to just eat the pill. Snorting or smoking anything will greatly reduce the effectiveness of the drug. If the pill you speak of is blue with an OP on one side, and an 80 on the other, this drug is time release, and you WILL OD if your body is not used to the narcotic. Being that you asked if you can snort it, I assume your body is not tolerant. Be careful, and good luck

∙ 13y agoThey are safe to swallow, and the high kicks in much slower and there's no rush at all. You cannot snort or IV them... they will be gelly messes.

yes. pop some oxycontin, tabs, morphine, and opium related drug. i use to take like 80mg to sometimes 160mg of oxycontin and pop one or two somas and then wait like an hour or so and then it was complete euphoria nodding off and then some. but its dangerous and im surprised im not dead. opium is something not to mess with.

Chewing a 10mg Oxycontin tablet will destroy the time release mechanism and you will get all 10mg at once. This is no the way the pill is supposed to be used and doing this is considered abuse and is illegal. From a health perspective, 10mg is not a high dose to receive at once, especially if you have a tolerance. With that said, chewing the 10mg tablet will provide faster acting and stronger pain relief, but will not last as long as taking the pill whole. IF you need fast pain relief, talk to your doctor, he will most likely prescribe you emergency pain tablets for breakthrough. I have these, I'm on 80mg Oxycontin tabs, one a day, and I also have 15mg instant release roxicodone tabs for breakthrough pain.

It doesn't really do much. If you crush up one and snort it the high lasts for maybe a minute and it's very mild. Most of it gets stuck in your nose so it's better to take it orally, maybe chew it up, but that doesn't do much either. If it's all you can get your hands on, though, I'd say snort it since the feeling is very immediate. Definitely crush up more than one 'cause with one pill the high isn't strong at all. Just keep tabs on how many you've crushed so you don't O.D. :)
