Are the rumors about getting deoxys and Jirachi on the moon by going to the lilycove spacestation in Pokemon Ruby true?

No, they are all lies. The official way to get Deoxys is via Birth Island which is only on Pokemon FireRed, LeafGreen and Emerald. Jirachi can transferred from Pokemon Colosseum. The only other official way is from the Nintendo Events, which have all expired. Lastly, you either trade from someone who has the Pokemon you want or use a cheating device.

∙ 8y agoNo the rumors in regards to getting Deoxys and Jirachi on the Moon by going to the Space Station in Mossdeep City are not true, Deoxys and Jirachi cannot be found in Pokémon Ruby or Pokémon Sapphire, they can only be acquired through special event distributions that were held for only a limited time that are no longer available or you can attempt to trade for both of them from a Pokémon Trainer that would have acquired both of them.
