@ the turn of the century
Yes, Loyola shotguns are from Spain. I bought a 20 gauge double new in 1972. It is a Lucio Loyola and was imported by Jana. It is a very nice little gun.
HSB & Co. was known for producing double barrel side-by-side (SxS) shotguns primarily in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. While specific production years can vary, their shotguns were commonly made from the 1870s through the 1930s. The exact timeline may depend on the specific model and production records.
The O/U is made by Fausti in Italy and the SxS is made in Spain.
$500-$600, depending on condition, barrels, etc. Very pretty shotguns
SxS = S2
AYA, out of Spain, made some SXS shotguns with Revel on the receivers. I own one in .410 and it was a very beautifully made double barrel. It has hand select walnut wood and waqs finely finished.
Which Model? don't know for sure, number x24836 on barrel What kind of gun is it? SXS, O/U, pump, single barrel? O/U's were made by Marlin.
Need to know who made it and all markings on it to even begin to hazard a close guess.
