There must be, seeing that there are a lot of high schools in the USA.
There are a lot of jobs that could help you out with this! You could be a pre-school teacher, I suppose that's the first one to come to mind. You could also work in a day-care, which also offers this training. I believe the lower grades in grammar school would also help you out with getting early childhood educational training.
