I don't believe any of the "Doctor Who" episodes mentions that.
Visit http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/search/?q=Doctor%20Who You need to install the iPlayer before you can download any episodes and you can only have them on your computer for a certain amount of time.
I might be wrong, but I doubt "Little Pony" is mentioned in any of the Doctor Who episodes.
From new Doctor Who, the 2008 episodes 'The Poison Sky' and 'Journey's End' each showed a brief shot of Sydney (stock footage) as part of a montage showing the world, respectively, suffering and celebrating, respectively. From old Doctor Who, the 1967 episode 'The Enemy of the World' was set in Australia but filmed in England. The Fifth Doctor also had a companion, Tegan, who was Australian, but she is never seen visiting Australia. Some of the Doctor Who novels are partly set in Australia. For a full list please search for Australia on the Doctor Who Wikipedia site.
I don't think there really are any. The show is loosely based on history, but emphasis on the "loosely".
