Nazism has never died. It just changes and evolves. There is a movement known as "Neo-Nazism" that idolizes and celebrates the Nazi party and their crimes.
Neo-Nazis are often associated with skinheads. However, it is very important to note that all skinheads are NOT Neo-Nazis. Neo-Nazi skinheads are an embarrassing subgroup of regular skinheads.
Originally, being a skinhead had nothing to do with anti-Semitism or racism. It was a musical movement, really. It was an offshoot of the punk movement. Regular skinheads hate Neo-Nazi skinheads as much as the rest of us do, and they really do not appreciate being confused with those people. So don't just assume that anybody with a shaved head, a wife-beater, and Doc Marten boots is a Neo-Nazi, because it may not be the case.

Although, as I'm sure you have guessed these organizations or political parties are ILLEGAL. Maybe older German citizens are still binded by Hitlers words and remain Nazi's from their tainted childhoods.
Although, there are organizations or groups that are active Nazi supporters that were born after the war.

∙ 14y agoSome of the original members of the Nazi party/army are still alive today, although they are few and most of them are very old. There are however neo-Nazi organisations, which recruit younger people with the same ideas of white supremacism and racism as the original Nazi party.

The war ended May 1945. The minimum age to join the SS was traditionally 16 with parental consent and 17 without. But towards the very end of the war in 1945, the age limit got lowered to 14. Therefore, Nazi war criminals can be born as late as May 1931. That's 86 years old as of September 2017. Easily possible to be alive at this age.
The minimum age to join the Nazi party was historically 18, but on January 7, 1944 it lowered to 17. Nazi party members can be born as late as May 1928, making them 89. It's still very possible to be alive at this age.

∙ 13y agoThere are some still alive who are no longer Nazis. They were young children in the Nazi Youth Union. Many do not care to think of it. There are some eighty year old Nazis who are alive but they have not been Nazis for many decades.
