Are there any complaints for blemish free ltd?

I am a customer who has tried the Blemishfree product from blemishfree.com. I have age spots I wanted to get rid of. The company offers a 30 day money back guarantee if the product does not work. I ordered their product and it took two months to receive. They charged my credit card almost immediately but I had to contact them repeatedly. They finally found my order and blamed it one the klik and pay website. I tried the product and it didn't remove the spots. While the spot treated did scab and fall off the which is suppose to remove the spot, skin tag, freckle, etc, it left a spot darker than before. I contacted Charlene at Blemishfree and she wanted me to prove the product didn't work and send pictures of the area I treated. This company is based in Panama and does not adhere to any US business laws. They refuse to honor their 30 day money back guarantee without "proof" it didn't work and have threatened to ruin my credit and turn the matter over to their lawyers. I have not doubt the product may work for their clients, but when it doesn't they refuse to honor their money back guarantee stating "I must have a very rare skin type and they need proof it didn't work for me". This is absolutely ridiculous and any company based in the US would not be able to operated in this fashion.
