The Sahara and any other desert is not like any other biome. It has water from the dried leftover water as I was told so I think and the animals live there so where would they have to live. All the animals living there would be extinct if we don't protect this environment!

An example would be desert antelope and gazelle which are on the verge of extinction due to loss, over-hunting, and drought. Another would be the Saharan Cheetah which makes it's home in the mountain ranges near the riverbeds, but they are quickly losing their habitats, causing them to be an endangered species.
