No. Even though a gas station does not sell E85 ethanol, it is still technically an ethanol station. All gasolines, no matter what grade, are 10% ethanol and 90% gasoline and are called E10.
Are there any gas stations/counties in Wisconsin that do not mandate ethanol usage? Thanks. Chris Ament Here's a legit site with stations that sell non-ethanol gas: http://www.molonyrealestate.com/Ethanol_Free_Gas_Stations_in_Wisconsin.html
There is a Citgo station in Brownstown, PA that sells only gas with no ethanol.
I would say maybe mobil if any but its kind more expensive than any other gas station,
It is about 80 miles.
It means that the car can run on pure gasoline, E85 or any combination of the two.
Probably not. My 2009 Vibe won't run it and since the 2010 was the last year model, I doubt seriously that any major modifications were made to the Vibe. I believe all GM vehicles that run E85 have a yellow gas cap, and an E85 sticker on the inside of the gas door (and a FlexFuel decal on the car somewhere?).
No. E85 requires a vehicle to be designed to run it. It requires different internal engine componets, such as valves, and different computer stradegies such as timing and air/fuel metering. E85 is cheaper, but there really isn't any econmic benefit to the consumer to run E85. Because while it may be cheaper to buy, it gets significantly less miles per gallon. It isn't as efficient, so you burn way more fuel.
Are there any ethanol free gas stations in Monroe, NC
Yes it can.
no
Hi, I'll weigh in on what I know. E85 can be run on engins that are set up for it and some early GM engines are able to as well as the new Flex Fuel vehicles are but our engines are Suzuki engines and as fafr as I know and have read, are not able to. I don't know what would happen if we tried to run E85 in our engines. Does anyone have any info as to what would happen if we did run E85? I hope someone will chime in on this. Thanks, Steve H.
