∙ 10y agoOne method of whitening teeth at home to to use a mixture of baking soda and peroxide. Then spread this paste on the inside of a folded paper towel covered by a folded square of tinfoil. Mold these around the top and bottom teeth and leave for about 15 minutes and then rinse. Also be sure to floss after each meal.
