creativity skills most important then any experience..........
l really don't think you need any schooling to become a fashion designer, You can design and make clothes without going to school for it, but schooling in that feild can be helpful in creating the garments.
you can go to any school but the one I'm going to be attending is the art institute. there are many all around the U.S but the one I'm going to is in San Francisco.
The requirements are different depending on which major you want to pursue but in general, they require to see your transcrips if you're transfering from high school or junior college. They don't require any prior fashion experience or any prior work experience but my advice is to give 110% on the entrance project, essay and interview and intern while you're in school because that's the best. Good luck!
Yes, as would any other designer today.
well if you are a fashion designer then as long as you want to i think.... its like any job you can drop out at any time..;)
Any one of any age can be a fashion designer. However just because you designed a fashion does not mean anyone will wear it or pay for it. For that you need to become a great fashion designer. For that you will need practice, probably some schooling in fashion. and a lot of luck.
