Yes they are but Demons are spirits without bodies, Angels have bodies there are Billions of fallen Angels on earth,they take on human form bc of observation...A angel can take on the form - Shape Shifting of A close family member and you can't tell the difference...there are clones too and artificial humans the high up Government is well aware.

Yes; First, note the Fall of Lucifer, after his rebellion. He literally brought down one-third of the angels, now called demons, with him. (Don't forgrt the Nephilim). Now, some were cast into the Abyss, possibly never to re-emerge until the Last Days...but many others, including Satan himself, wander the earth, whispering in the ears of world leaders. And I'm sure that must have included such as Hitler, etc.. Moreover, who tempted Christ in the Judean wilderness? "A pack of wolves roam the pastures of our lives, and there is true protection only in the flock of the Good Shepherd."

"...there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the Dragon; and the Dragon fought and his angels, and prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great Dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: HE WAS CAST OUT INTO THE EARTH, and HIS ANGELS WERE CAST OUT WITH HIM." (Rev.12:7-9)

These are the same "unclean spirits" that Jesus cast out of so many "possessed" souls as He walked the length and breadth of ancient Judea.

Following their attempt to depose God from His throne in heaven in the beginning, they were cast back down to the earth and have been in a condition of "restraint" since... awaiting Judgment Day. It's evident that they are being "allowed" a certain amount of interface with man (see Job 1:6-12)... but not quite enough to do what they would like to with "God's special creation" - utterly destroy it.

"For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell (tartaroo, a condition of restraint), and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto Judgment." (II Peter 2:4)

Angels are "spirit beings." Spirit doesn't die... so the spirits that Jesus cast out during His earthly ministry ARE STILL AROUND TODAY!
