Statistically, no. Liverpool have more trophies and bigger names at their club. Also, Liverpool has a much richer history. Most of the time, Liverpool finishes above Everton on the league table, however in the last two seasons ('12 and 13') that has not been the case. Both teams have much promise for the 2013-2014 season though, so we will see how things progress through the future.

Liverpool are the most successful club in England with 18 league titles and 5 europian cups, as well as many fa and league cup wins along with winning the uefa super cup, community shield and uefa cup a few times. Liverpool also have 3 world class stars in pepe reina, Fernando Torres and Steven Gerrard, whereas I feel everton don't have any world class players. They have Tim Cahill who I think is a brilliant player bit I don't think he is world class.
