We just changed soft plugs on a 2000 Stratus with a 2.5 liter V-6. There was a total of 6 soft plugs, three front and three on the back bank. They are tough to get at and not for those that are in a hurry. Do yourself a favor and take a look in a service manual before you start. Good luck, JP

You must open the hood. Then locate the engine. Feel the side of the engine; Is it soft to the touch? Rub it and whisper that you mean it no harm. The spark plugs will then fall out under it.
get a fuel pressure guage, check for fuel pressure and if you are getting fuel to your injector(s) then check for spark at the plugs.
