There used to be, not sure anymore as I have moved out of the area. The little neighborhood across 15th from Ed Smith Stadium on the same side of Tuttle (Oak Park Drive, specifically) had a rental house occupied by members of SUR 13. I lived down the street, and had one hell of a time getting the SPD to give a damn, despite my landlord being SPD! It started with tagging, and escalated to drive-bys with bullets flying down the street.

Surenos don't have ''13 missions''. Surenos isn't a video game it's a gang.
it stands for SOUTH UNITED SURENOS
The numbers: 13 and Sureno is usually abbreviated as SUR.
Brown pride surenos/ Barrio locos surenos/ south side 18st crazy boyz
The Surenos gang was created in the late 1950's.
MS 13 doesn't exist anymore, they all flipped to Surenos.
Ms-13 & Surenos 13 are two different Hispanic gangs that are both under the Mexican Mafia. Surenos are a mostly Mexican gang & MS-13 are a mostly Salvadoran, Honduran & Guatemalan gang. *they rep 13 cause the letter M is the 13th letter of the alphabet and the M represents Mexican Mafia.
Each number stand for a letter in the alphabet for surenos the number is 13 stands for the letter M which stands for the MEXICAN MAFIA... the number 14 for nortenos stands for the letter N witch stands for NUESTRA FAMILIA....
Sur 13 aka Surenos is a Hispanic street gang(also in the prison system). All Surenos are under the La Gran Mafia's control. To answer your quesiton, yes Sur 13 is one of many tattoos that Sureno gang members get to show their gang affiliation.
No they don't, once MS-13 got under La Gran Mafia's control they were forced to turn into Surenos.
I'm gonna put it like this, ANY gang with the number 13 at the end of their gang is under the Mexican Mafia, the number 13 is used cause it's the 13th letter of the alphabet and the letter M represents Mexican Mafia............. *Surenos colors are brown and white
Surenos are a powerful gang but it's really no such thing as ''the most powerful gang'' cause it's so many powerful one's.... Bloods(Includes Pirus & Nortenos) Crips(Includes Hoover Criminals) Mexican Mafia(Includes gangs like Surenos, Ms-13 & Eighteen St.)
