That would depend on where the degree is from. Many would be, but many would not. Individual colleges and employers may have different standards and so some may recognise degrees that others do not.

A blacklisted college, also referred to as 'diploma mills', is an institute that is not recognised or authorised by the educational standards board to award degrees in higher education.
