Well veins are always good.. You always need them to have blood move around your body
but if you mean.. "Is it alright if the veins are popping out or big when you workout?" then
the answer is yes its normal to have them popping out during workouts... When you workout your arms blood goes there and the veins get bigger to deliver the blood faster to your arms..
i hope this helps
No, it is not good to listen to loud music while working out. You don't need to have your heart pounding while you are trying to get a good workout going.
Everybody's arms are different. Some people have more opaque skin, so they can't see the veins as well and vice versa. Fat will also get in the way, so you could try losing weight. I also heard that putting pressure regularly on one area for extended periods of time will cause your veins to look more prominent but that's not good for you.
Matthew Bellamy never got tattoos because his mother doesn't let him, however, he does like to draw on his arms. He drew "veins" on his arms once. They are most visible in the music video "Feeling Good".
as long as ur blood pressure isn't too high, i would say it is a pump from working out, you added some muscle lost some fat. And BAM a vein , good job go for more!!! more than likely you didnt directly work ur arms but indirectly like chest or back. check bp at walmart bp chair.
Veins can be round also. However arteries have a higher pressure than veins. One reason that a tech uses a band around the arm to take blood from a vein is to make it more prominent or "round".
Owl City sings Rainbow veins. It is a really good song xD
When your on break or when the boss isn't around

As with all jobs and professions, people have good days and bad days, but if people are unhappy while they are working they usually change jobs to find a job they are happy with.
