Jesus told ALL his disciples, male and female, that their commission is to preach to unbelievers about 'the good news of God's Kingdom'. Matthew 28:19&20 . This was prophesied about at Psalms 68:11; and Acts 2:17&18 talks about both men and women at Pentecost being given God's spirit to prophesy about God's message.
In Acts 18:26 we have the example of Priscilla and her husband, Aquila, who corrected the disciple, Apollos, when he needed his thinking adjusted as he preached at the synagogue.
However, within the Christian congregation, woman were instructed NOT take the lead or teach. 1 Timothy 2:12, 1 Corin 14:35

Sure....When Jesus rose from the dead, He first talked with Mary. She was told by Jesus to go and tell others that He has risen. A preacher is someone that shares the good news of the Messiah. Not only can women preach, but remember that the first person that Jesus instructed to preach about His coming to life was not a man, but a woman. I disagree with that a little, If you mean that a woman can be pastor then your wrong. Woman should not be pastors. They can tell people about the gospel but they should not be pastors.
