Yes. It is possible for a boy at about the age of 13-14 or older to develp a lump in their breast. It will make your breast bigger like man boobs and kind of lumpy and pointy. Your breast will feel tender and will hurt a little when they are hit or tapped. They occur because their is an imbalance of your hormone level. A male teenager might have a little more estrogen (female's have this) and less testosterone (males). This happens to about 30% of males during puberty. It may intend to be very embarrasing and yes it is. I am 14 and I have it. I have researched it for quite a while and know about it. I freaked out when I realized it but found out it was normal so I felt better. It may go away in 4-6 months. Maybe even in a year. That's what some say. But if you developed pubertal gynecomastia, don't worry. Just feel normal. It will soon go away. If you have any questions, you can ask and write back.

During the early stages of puberty, it is normal for developing girls to have a lump in each breast. These are breast buds and will develop into mature breasts. It is also normal for them to be sore.

No chance you can get Breast cancer at 12yrs old, it has not happened before and it is not yet proven. It is in fact rare to find a woman in her 20s with breast cancer and only few under 30s are diagnosed by it. If you feel pain, could be that your breasts are still growing, if you feel something else though get checked just to be on the safe side.

Lump in both of your breasts and im turning 13 this month you havent started your period yet and im wondering if this is natural they feel the same but ones smaller?

Since you haven't started your period, then, you haven't reached puberty and I doubt you really have breasts yet. To have breasts you need to have reached puberty because it is the hormones that your body uses to develop breasts. I am guessing you are feeling fatty tissue which is perfectly normal. Go to see a doctor just to be sure.
