Yes moral in youth may be declining because the hospitals aid in presenting those who do illegal things with babies who were not wanted. Nurses snatch babies from hospitals, home mothers, and wherever else to push them into illegal circles which bring up the babies in drugged up ways. Because of this there is a constant breed of pornographs and street kids, who are junked up from birth. They create trouble, breed, create more trouble, until the world looks like a wreck. This is the real decline - street kids, prostitutes, and illegal aliens. Otherwise kids have morals, and if they are good they keep them;
