They get sight gradually, When their eyes open they are pretty much blind still, The milky look in their eyes is the eye developing, and it causes blurred vision too. So they do not see really good until they are about 3 months old.

Well im not sure but im guessing after a few week to a month...i raised 7 litters of kittens so that helps. so, usually after a few weeks to a month... It takes about a week after they open their eyes.

A puppy will open its eyes in about 10-14 days after birth. At first their vision is blurred but gets clearer in 1-2 days after their eyes open.
