It is 100.

IQ is a measure of intelligence that is normalised. It is adjusted to measure how different someone is from normal (or average).

If you are exactly the same intelligence as the average four year old, your IQ is 100. If you are a bit slow, its below 100, and if you are very smart for your age, maybe its 130.

IQ is the average intelligence for your age.

The average IQ for any age group is 100, that's why you need to put in your real age in IQ tests. if you say you're 18 and you are an average 10 year old you might get 70.

IQ or Inteligence Quotient is a measurement of inteligence versus chronological age. It is scaled so that 100 is normal for all age groups. So the average for a 7 year old is 100, just like it is for a 22 year old.
