The IQ test is very flawed I believe that just because you cant come up with the answer quickly that your IQ is low. It only measures Numbers and Puzzles not common since or situations or many other things that makes people Intellegent.
Just because you can build a atomic bomb does not mean you can automatically do simple tasks like dealing with people or driving a bus I believe that people with very High IQs are needed for certain tasks but would be very bad at other tasks.
The above answer was written without doing the research. Actually the IQ test is hardly flawed at all. The IQ test, which is the common name for the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scales (Third and Fourth Editions are still in use). The WAIS holds the gold standard in psychological testing. This means that the test produces scores that, depending on the subtest, produce reliability and validity of no less than 0.80. This is extremely difficult to do. Also, it has been normed on a very large sample (also hard to do). The only shortcoming of the WAIS is how people use it. The WAIS is meant to be used as a measure of intelligence and a predictor of how a person will do in SCHOOL or ACADEMICS, not necessarily a job or life. It is a test that is a very good predictor for one's success in college, and it is a good predictor of college success because it measures many different kinds of problem solving (such as the previous responders "numbers and puzzles," but it also measures things like general societal knowledge, visual/spatial abilities, and memory.
As long as the WAIS is used as it was intended, it is an excellent test. Remember, you wouldn't use a screwdriver to drive in a nail, and the same goes for psychological tests.

It is very normal. Don't worry about being different. Answer 113 is actually "high-average". To give you some idea what that means in the context of large groups of people with similar IQs, the average college student has an IQ of approximately 115. Roughly half of college students have IQs equal to or higher than 115; roughly half have IQs equal to or lower than 115. If a prediction were to be made based only on IQ, a young woman with an IQ of 113 should be very comfortable with college-level academic studies.
