it is different for every person. It also depends on the age. Any question asking "How tall should someone be?" will not have a direct answer.

Sure there are average heights of women in age groups, and I am sure you could find a growth chart somewhere, but keep in mind that many people are not on the average. Many people are shorter or taller than this mean (average).

There isn't really a certain height that a girl should or shouldn't be. Although I know that there are plates in your ankles that help doctors determine how much longer you are going to grow. Usually anywhere between 5 '3'- 5 '9' is about average. It also really depend on your family's history with height. For example I am 13, and I am 5 '8' and I'm suppost to make close to 6 feet, but both my parents are tall, my grandfather is tall, and most of my family is above 5 '7' when they're full grown.

Don't worry about, some people are ment to be short and others tall, but whatever height you are there are always ways to make you look taller or shorter. For example I have a friend that wears high heels all of the time to be the same height as us, and when I'm with my friends I just either bend my knees a little, or crouch down, and I fit in fine.

All you need to remember is that you are who you are, and it doesn't matter what you look like on the outside, but what's on the inside is what counts. Hope this helped!

Which is rare because a lot of girls arent that short these days [proof: myself.. Female.. im 5'10''], and that goes for men too...

There is No exact saying how tall or short you have to be to be, but people generally have more people try to help them if they're slighter taller than 5'8", but it doesn't really matter.
