Average height of a thirteen year old?

I don't really think they're SHOULD be an average height, it just makes us all seem normal or abnormal, and start comparing ourselves!. I would imagine, around 5'3. I'm 5'7 and 13, so I think it all depends on genetics. If your petite, it shouldn't matter, if your tall, it shouldn't matter!. Of course I get called lanky, then and again but I just laugh because they're just sad, pathetic losers!. Be who you are, and love it!!

Boy: I'd say on Average from 5-4 to 6-0

Girl: Maybe 5-1 to 5-9

I cannot be sure of this, but from looking at fellow classmates, I'd say this is about right. If you're 6-1, don't freak out. Everyone will grow up to your height and you won't be like freakishly tall (unless something is seriously wrong with your horomones, but that doesn't happened very often.) Some people are just naturally tall or short. And if you're small don't worry, everyone grows at a different rate. You might hit your growth spurt by high school and be the tallest in your class.
