Battery draining in my 1990 Lexus ls400 when I let it sit overnight without disconnecting the negative battery cable.?

You will have to pull your fuses one at a time to see what is actually draining your battery. There are fuses under the hood next to the battery and more under the dash by the driver's left foot.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable and using a current tester that you can get from any automotive parts store, you can test for live current by seeing the light come on on the tester.
- As you pull each fuse, using the fuse puller that is kept in the removable top to the fuse box under the hood, make sure there isn't anything else that would be causing current and creating a false test; like the driver's door is not open.
- Test each item you pull a fuse and then return the fuse and pull another one until you find the fuse that tells you the item causing the problem because the light does not turn on.
If none of the fuses tell show you the problem then you will have to test the super fuses and they are much more difficult to get to.
