If you are truly lazy and don't want to do any exercise then I have the perfect thing. If you want to lose fat don't make YOUR body do the work, instead just eat foods with living bacteria in them, such as kombucha, kefir, or kimchi. These foods have lots of bacteria in them that need to eat to live, so let them eat. Take kombucha for example, I am a homebrewer that does this, drink 2 cups of kombucha a day and you can eat whatever you want because the more sugars you eat the more the bacteria eats and reproduces, making an endless fat-losing process. The bacteria are not a bad thing ether they come with many side effects that are very useful, for instance the bacteria in kombucha eats the sugar and teaches your body to hate the taste, but you will be gassy for the first 3 or so days. Any fermented food that comes from UNPASTURIZED milk is very healthy since it breaks down the fats in meat, so you can eat it too without worry. Don't be like the average american with no bacteria in there foods, or you will be as fat as them too.

5 keys to weight loss for life

1. Eat more veggies, reduce carbs -

Then carb cycle. Eliminate grains like processed white breads, grains, white potatoes, corn and foods which contain high sugar. Get your nutrition from eating more veggies, allowing the shedding of water from the body, reducing muscle glycogen stores. Over a couple of weeks, you will lose a substantial amount of weight, and transition into the body fat burning mode that you are after. The trick is to stick to this plan, and begin to accustom your body towards eating an enhanced fibre and vitamin intake.

I suggest doing this for 2 weeks, then transition towards better alternative carbs such as sweet potato, white basmati rice and oats. Work these back into your diet slowly, monitoring how your body reacts to which carb source. You will have a higher carbohydrate meal every 5–6 days. The other days you will eat low carbohydrate, with veggies as your main source (eliminating the carb sources above).

2. Adding protein to your meal with veggies and fats.

Minimize your protein intake to a hand full, or a deck of cards. Load up your plate with veggies, both raw and steamed. Add olive oil, coconut oil, macadamia oil avocado or walnut oil. Feed yourself every 3–4 hours, keeping your blood sugar levels steady, and abolishing any of those awful cravings that take over when we are experiencing food deprivation.

3. Make sure you are getting plenty of healthy fats in your diet.

Fats assist us in maintaining our brain health, focus and also keeping use satiated. Always add coconut oil to your foods when cooking them, olive oil to your salads and cooked veggies as a garnish, and avocado. When you decrease carbs, you should increase your intake of fats. Reason being is that you train your body to become metabolically flexible, allowing the space for it to burn stored fat for energy. Carbs alone cannot do this. Also, watch your protein intake as well. Too much protein blocks this metabolic flexibility.

5. Gut health is above and beyond important, not only for weight loss, but for health and longevity. Your gut must have a multitude of good bacteria in order for you can experience optimal health. That means, being disease free, lean and healthy. Although there is a lot that can be said about this topic, I do recommend a proper gut cleanse. This eliminates the bad bacteria, sweeps the slate clean (so to speak) and then allows for the good bacteria to begin occupying the space again. 1.Start Moving: If you are not losing weight, then it means either you are not moving much or moving less or doing the wrong thing at the gym which is not giving you results. So, move that body of yours and start burning some calories.

2.Eat Right: It is not dieting or but rather eating right. Don’t use the word diet instead use healthy eating habits….bcoz if u think you are on a diet you will always want to accomplish that ok now i have to lose this much weight with this diet and all and the moment u accomplish that you will revert back to your old dieting habits and you will gain the weight back…instead of it start eating healthy and inculcate those habits in your daily routine so that u don’t have to go off with your current eating plans…Don’t think much and start doing you will get your results very soon.

I am mentioning some of the things which worked for me and i lost around 22 kgs in 1 month 15 days by eating 6 meals a day…the more frequent ur meals are the higher metabolic rate u get.

Things to keep in mind while losing weight fast:-

1- Don’t crash diet, eventually you will gain weight again.

2- Include 5–6 meals a day (breakfast-snack-lunch-snack-dinner)

3- Cut out all kinds f sugar (u can use honey)

4-Drink a lot of water(2lts a day)

8- Don’t cut out fat totally..include peanuts,peanut butter,dry fruits..these are good fats.

9-Always have a cheat day or cheat meal after every week of following ur diet and training regimen…on this day u can eat whatever u want…make sure u stay in limit and don’t go overboard with it.

10- Training Part is also important as it’ll increase your metaboloic rate more … join a gym and do complex exercises like bench press, deadlift,squats, military press..never skip a leg day.

11- Do cardio training in the morning start with walking den jogging den running den sprinting….make a 4 week plan.. in first week start with walking..second week go for jogging…3rd week go for running and on the fourth week go for sprinting for 3 days on alternate days as sprinting is very exhaustive.

Last but not the least have patience…don’t stress yourself as you are going to binge eating while stressing. Check your weight every other week and God Bless You.

Weight loss is a tricky thing. There are hundreds of diets out there that could help you lose weight quickly, but almost all of them would lead to you gaining the weight back — and likely winding up weighing more than before the diet! — when you inevitably strayed from the strict diet you chose.

Instead, remember to look at your goal as simply adding more-healthy foods at the same time as you reduce the number of less-healthy foods you eat. For simplicity’s sake, we’ll define less-healthy foods as meaning more-processed foods: anything involving white flour, white sugar, corn syrup, or hydrogenated oils, in particular, but most ready-to-eat or heat-and-eat foods are highly-processed and less-healthy.

More-healthy foods include whole grains, vegetables that are dark green or another vivid color such as carrots or tomatoes, and fruits, and products sweetened, if they are sweetened at all, with sweeteners such as molasses or coconut sugar that contain nutrients in addition to simple sugars. If you are diabetic or pre-diabetic, definitely choose sweeteners with a low glycemic index, such as agave nectar. But in any case remember that eating sugar causes your body to store fat more than eating fat does!

So, if you usually eat, for example, a ham sandwich with cheese and lots of mayo on white bread for lunch, you could change that to a turkey sandwich (lower in fat than ham) with fewer slices of meat and cheese per sandwich, with avocado instead of mayo (avocado is actually a high-fat food but it’s healthy fat that raises your good cholesterol and lowers your bad cholesterol), on whole-grain bread. More vegetables on the sandwich are also a good idea — tomato, onion, try spinach or kale (or even mustard greens, which have a great peppery flavor) instead of low-nutritional-value lettuce, fresh and/or roasted bell peppers, and even consider adding sliced cucumber or shaved carrot to your sandwich!

If a typical dinner for you is Chinese takeout consisting mostly of meat in a sweet sauce over white rice, you could replace that with Chinese takeout such as chicken, shrimp or tofu with vegetables in garlic sauce (garlic sauce is mildly spicy so if you need a non-spicy alternative, ask for oyster sauce or the sauce the restaurant uses for plain green beans or broccoli, sometimes just called brown sauce) over brown rice. For home-cooking purposes many people like the flavor of Thai red rice or ‘black’ rice (actually a dark purple) better than brown rice which can be slightly bitter. Again the idea is to eat more vegetables, less fat and sugar, and more whole grains.

Good foods for weight loss stereotypically are foods that make you feel full but are not high in calories such as fruits and vegetables and protiens that are very lean like chicken and you also need to burn off more calories than you are intaking.

However, do not worry too much if there is little in the buddha. Eating factory-produced meat is still a much better option than factory-produced fast food.

Bottom line: If you can, eat meat from animals that grew up in their natural environment, it is both healthy and nutritious. If you cannot afford it, then factory-made meat is still a much better choice than factory-made fast food.

Despite the scare Propaganda of recent decades, the fact is that consuming eggs does not cause Heart disease. Another is nonsense.

Consumption of eggs alters cholesterol so that; low, dense LDL cholesterol (bad) increases and becomes good, HDL (good) cholesterol increases and you get the rare antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin which are very important to our eyes.

Eggs are very satiating, which causes you to be fuller and therefore generally consumes fewer calories than otherwise.

In one study, 30 overweight women were either fed eggs for breakfast or bagels. Both options contained the same number of calories. The females in the egg group were fuller and ate fewer calories for the remainder of the day and the next 36 hours.

Bottom line: Eggs are especially nutritious and so filling that you eat fewer calories whole. They are among the healthiest foods on earth.

Breakfast:

Start with Oatmeal. To make it taste better, you can add banana, blueberry, raspberry, yogurt, and honey (if you are not diabetic). If you are lactose intolerant, you can add Rice Milk or Almond Milk with your Oatmeal. Most of the commercial cereals are high in sugar and should be avoided. 1 Coffee is ok for the day. If you can replace coffee with black tea or green tea, that works even better. Try not to use sugar or cream with your tea and coffee that add a lot of fat and carb to your daily diet. Even by cutting down sugar & cream, you can see the significant results in the quickest possible time. If you would like to add some variety, you can replace oatmeal with cereals like Shredded Wheat.

Lunch:

I cup of brown rice with chicken plus 2 serving of vegetables/salad, beans (red kidney bean, black bean, and chickpeas). Salad dressings should be avoided by all means as they put on loads of fat and sugar. Replace traditional sugary dessert with one serving of fruit. Green tea is a great fat burner.

Dinner:

Brown rice/ 2 slices of bread with fish/chicken, vegetables. For someone who has heartburn problem, I recommend not to eat salad at night. You can also add vegetable/chicken soup, lentil soup, etc.

Snacks:

Cottage Cheese/Greek yogurt is a great fat burner. You can also try broccoli, beet (baked or boiled), Sweet potato (half), nuts, celery, green tea. If you use any commercial supplement, I recommend Slimfast or Kashi brands.

Some tips:

Replace white bread/white rice/white pasta with brown bread/rice/pasta.

Avoid taking milk/cream and sugar with tea and coffee.
